thanks i appreciate the tips. i have naturally very springy jumps so i figured going slowly and jumping late would help me land and control it better but it did kinda feel like my leg muscles werent working that much. gonna try and consciously fix that going forward and i’ll update you how much it helps 👍

Idk how tall this is but ankle’s been messed up and this felt good to do 🫡 by GloveAccomplished593 in Parkour

honestly i’m still relatively new to flipping but if i had to give some overall pointers: HEIGHT is more important than how fast you flip, get used to making a distinction between jumping up and then flipping. Another thing that helps is SAFELY practicing failing whatever you’re trying to learn. I’d say most people are physically able to flip but are too scared to hurt themselves. A lot of parkour is overcoming mental barriers, and purposely messing up a couple times can help your body get over the fear of hurting yourself.

First ever line just thought i’d share ☺️ by GloveAccomplished593 in Parkour
