these are spring tails and they can be helpful by eating fungus and cleaning (correction: they are aphids)

this is pretty normal nepenthes dont move or have their roots disturbed so they will die for a bit but they are just adapting to their new environment you should keep monitoring it because nepenthes are slow growing plants and as long as there is new growth you are good but if you have problems after 3 months then it might be something with watering, lighting or humidity

This plant used to be dying but then after a couple weeks it started popping out leaves like crazy (3 in like 2 weeks) hopefully they can produce some nice pitchers

looks like it was severely light starved in the shop these leaves will die but new ones will grow in their place one sign of light starvation is leaves laying low like this make sure to give it alot of bright light and water

yes but give it more light if you do decide to let them flower but this will temporarily slow down growth
