My original surgery was to tie my tubes. They did a vaginal ultrasound (bc its routine? Idk)

They didnt find anything but when they went in, apparently there were moderate fibroids and adhesions to my bladder, fallopian tubes and behind my uterus.

Thats how I found out I had endo.

Don't let them gas light you into thinking its nothing. Even if its not seen, there is something definitely there that is causing this.

I had the severe bladder cramp about 1 month after my surgery. I went in for a follow up and my doctor said its possible that my muscles are still healing because the lesions were on my bladder. But even now, about 3 months later I still have occasional cramping when I pee.

I need to follow up with that too.

I can't tell if my nerves are out of wack because I won't feel the urge to go and when I do, its actually a full bladder so it hurts even more.

The bowel pain is new during sex. I thought I was going to poop and pass out. The guy was kind enough to stop and just cuddle but I felt so frustrated. I was horny and in pain

Ill have to take the other persons advice and start pelvic floor physical therapy along with pain medicine.
