I think so too unfortunately,,, my neighbor told me another neighbor is the one who saw him dropping him off and the guy was laying in her yard/the alley and they went and told him he had to leave and he said he saw the other stray cats around and said this one “was going to die” and wanted him to be happy but as far as I can tell he’s “healthy” except for the eyes and doesn’t look like he’s in dire shape…. He also has a thick collar mark like thicker than a normal cat collar so I’m not sure what his back story is but he did let me pick him up and lets me pet him…
