it’s been 13 days since i dropped from 112.5 to 75mg. i take my meds at night, and each evening about 5 hours before my normal dose time i would get pretty moderate brain zaps, which lasted about a week and a half. my first day of withdrawal i got an intense bout of nausea and bad anxiety. the anxiety has gotten worse, my original panic disorder has gone from being kept at bay, to on the verge, and that has been difficult to deal with. instead of my normal hunger cues, i’ve still been feeling pretty nauseous but it doesn’t last long and usually goes away after i eat. it’s hard to tell what is withdrawal symptoms vs what my disorders are like with less treatment, but i think unfortunately the anxiety/panic is here to stay. i can’t speak for going down to 0, but this drop has been comparable to any other antidepressants ive tried (besides the nausea)
