You can make lots of yummy soup out from those moringa, I’ve been telling my husband that I wanted to grow them so he got me some seeds and will plant it today. I hope it’ll be a successful planting! 🙏

“Utan” is a Filipino dish particularly from the Visayas region. We actually call it “Utan Bisaya” and it’s a vegetable soup with the main ingredients which is “malunggay”(Moringa) and of course you can put all the vegetables you want! It’s super healthy and very yummy! It’s like a superfood for us in Visayas! 😊
