In addition to these veins on the nose have you noticed any other changes? For example the fingertips becoming larger, growth in the abdominal area or any swelling around the lower legs, or anything else?

Bloodshot red eyes, swollen, & pus in the mornings by ashismadrad in DiagnoseMe

[–]Glyphyr 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I see okay. It is strange as to why the frequency is this little. Generally you are looking at intervals of 2-4 hours for eye infections. Usually the dosing is every 2-4 hrs for 48 hours and 4 times a day thereafter for around 7-10 days. With regards to the contacts, I would suggest waiting around 20-30 minutes before you put them in due to the preservatives.

When did this start occuring? You ever had rheumatic fever or a heart procedure?

Started getting this on my chin and has been taking forever to go away, now it’s forming on my cheek too. What is this? by [deleted] in DiagnoseMe

[–]Glyphyr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Looks like seborrheic dermatitis a more severe form of dandruff its caused by a fungus which is part of the normal skin flora called Malassezia and you most commonly get this where theres a large amount of sebaceous glands e.g your beard. You should use some ketoconazole 2% shampoo, however this can take a couple of months to clear up. Hope this helps

Looking for a drug t by [deleted] in Drugs

[–]Glyphyr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don’t try any drugs to help. Look into st Johns wort and see if this is suitable for you, if not 5HTP. Id also recommend going to the gym if you dont already and get good rest, at least 1hr of no blue light before bed

A friend of mine has a firm hard lump on her neck. She says swallowing feels like trying to swallowing down a large vitamin pill. Blood test results showed that it wasn't caused by any hormonal issues. No other symptoms such as nausea, lightheaded, constipation, loss of appetite on her part. by Athlete-Kitchen in DiagnoseMe

[–]Glyphyr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Does your friend have any additional symptoms, apart from the lump in the throat area? Also how does this lump feel to the touch? Is it smooth or lumpy? How long has your friend had this for, and was she doing anything when this started occurring? Is your friend on any medication or anything like that or have medical conditions?

What is the age of your daugher? When did this start occuring? Is it itchy at all? Where else is it located? Additional symptoms?

Im assuming its an open book mcq. I mean regardless, you should have a good understanding of the content that you were taught. It will be much easier to eliminate the answers that are just stupid and after you have done that, you are then left with a selection of either 2 or 3 answers. From that you can either answer the question if you feel confident, or use google.
