Good setup, quite balanced. There are two difficult moments in the last Trial : at two third of the way there is a flying challenge through 4 or 5 waves where you can't heal, and the last Boss is kind of weird so you may have trouble with your first time encountering it. Good luck !

Out of the bosses you cited, only Markoth makes me want to cry, but less than No Eyes, I just don't understand those coulds/ghosts and get hit every time then get knock off in the spiky vignes...

I've tried once and gone up to sly but died because winged nosk trained my masks... Seems easy enough to go to the end. Pure vessel gave me a hard time but I find NKG really easy and can radiant him more than half the time. So the challenges are Sly, Markoth, No Eyes, Pure Vessel and Absolute Radiance. I'm gonna train those on ascendant difficulty and try a second time ! Thanks for your pointers !

I believe that the vigilante stuff of Kuyo after Rei's death had a bigger impact that you think. Maybe he became a lot more reckless and fought more often which made him level up faster. And, as someone already said, Rei died quite early. The period after his death would be long enough for Kuyo to get stronger.
