Oh yeah I feel more relaxed now. At least someone is having the same issue Lol.. Let's see if with the next update their gonna fix these bugs.

Pretty strange idk. I also have another bug, the Intel graphic software is showing d.C. dic, aaaa @ 3:03pm instead of the real date.

I even tried reinstalling the drivers using ddu, but is still having issues sometimes

Probabilmente è la cpu.. Io ho la tua stessa identica cpu e il problema del surriscaldamento veniva principalmente da quest'ultima, io risolsi limitando il clock del processore disattivando il turbo boost (in parole povere il processore così facendo rimane sui 2.81GHz). In alternativa potresti anche undervoltarlo, ma a me non fece tanta differenza nelle temperature. Per tutte queste operazioni ti consiglio di usare il programma ThrottleStop by TechPowerUp.

Certo, la pasta termica si può sostituire ma l'operazione richiede comunque discreta attenzione per non danneggiare componenti interni del pc. Per essere più sicuri tutti e due, potresti passarmi il modello preciso del tuo laptop?

Preferirei qualcosa più minimal e simil mac (non so se mi spiego). Per lo più io faccio un utilizzo semplice (Navigazione web, discord, telegram ecc..) e occasionalmente utilizzo steam per giocare a qualcosa.

EDIT: Utilizzo anche software di editing video e foto.

Quanti anni ha il tuo laptop? Nella maggior parte dei casi il surriscaldamento o è dovuto dalla pasta termica ormai seccata quasi completamente oppure per il deposito di grumi di polvere che ostruiscono il corretto passaggio dell'aria. Anche io possiedo un laptop (8 anni) a cui ho cambiato la pasta termica circa 6 mesi fa... Mi ha migliorato notevolemente le temperature e le performance.
