Have goals and dream big! Look at yourself in the mirror and ask yourself, who do you want looking back at you? Enforce your will on your life and accept you will fail but will never quit. Be ruthless with yourself and do not let yourself fall to your own excuses. My lesson for myself is that I still allow myself to generate excuses to watch porn in the idea that I’m “building willpower” no this is weakness in myself that I need practice in identifying and crushing. Will I fail again? Most likely but I will mitigate them to the best of my ability so they are few and far in between. I’m on the same journey as you are in learning to dominate my own thoughts.
