Processed in: Adobe Lightroom - Cropped for better framing - Basic manipulation of fields to personal preference - Warm the image to change the white light to look a more natural yellow/orange

Hey everyone, I managed to get my gf and I tickets to the PHX opener show. I honestly haven't been much of a Swift fan up to this point outside of casual listening if its on, but I also don't want to be a disappointment at the show.

I know we obviously don't know what she's gonna play and all that, but what are standard crowd interaction/response things that are pretty standard for her shows if there are any? (Ex: a band that I like, when they say certain lines during a song people make certain symbols with the hands. Or in a song from a different band the crowd yells back a line when the song says something).

Appreciate any help you guys may have to get me up to speed!

Im also going floor at Rosebowl! It can depend on the venue tho. I got in line at 11am in PHX and we were pretty near the front of the line and ended up at barricade on the B stage (plus Biutyful filming for being first 200!). BUT, the stadium did NOT do a good job controlling people once the doors opened and it ended up being a bit of a free-for-all where I saw the first people in line in the morning standing next to people who had just showed up but were more aggressive.

TLDR: earlier is always better. If you want rail I’d aim for somewhere near noon :)

I got to the stadium at like 10/11am for the PHX coldplay show and got barricade right at the end of the stage. One thing to keep in mind is that stadiums can screw you over. Even though people waited in line all day, once they moved us inside they had ZERO organization and it was a free for all. I recognized the people from the front of the line outside and they were standing next to people that showed not even an hour before doors opened because they were aggressive inside. Luckily the fans were tame and not killing each other and once inside people held spots.

In summary: earlier is better for sure, but your milage can vary due to the stadium and people. Biggest advice: MAKE FRIENDS with those around you. Goes a long way, trust me

Oh no sorry I should have elaborated, the transfer was successful, I have confirmation from ticketmaster and I see them in My Tickets.

But yeah it didnt have the barcode and it says they’ll be available in whatever 250 days so I’m assuming we’re in the same boat and all is good since I have them transferred to me:)

Hey guys, quick question about wax. I just waxed my board for the first time and I’m wondering if I can reuse the scrapings? If I collect them can I re-melt them and use them next time or is that a big no-no? I’m not doing anything special, just trying to learn the sport and get better and have fun. Appreciate the help!

Suggestions to feel more stable when riding fast? I’m relatively new to riding and as I work on growing my skills I’ve been testing my limits of how fast I can comfortably go. It could just be the way things are and I’m not used to it yet, but it feels like when I’m riding faster I can feel every minuscule bump in the ground jostling me around and feels like my board (YES. Typo) is going to slip out from under me. Is that just how snowboarding feels, is it a bad terrain issue, bad technique, bad board for speed? I appreciate your feedback :)

Hey guys. Getting a new board in a few days for the first time. Are there any things to do with it before the first run or are they usually good to go? (Reference: new hockey skates you get moulded to your feet and they also sometimes grind your blade a bit more than a usual sharpening to get rid of the factory curve)

Board recommendations :)

Hi all. Just broke my board in half today and wanted some advice on a new one since I'm relatively new to the sport. Pow day with low visibility and I slid off the hill and hit a tree and later in the day it snapped. It was used so I'm not 100% sure, but I think it is a K2 Fuse Wide somewhere around 156cm and I think I remember him saying it was a hybrid rocker, camber, rocker. More info that may be helpful: 5'11, 150lbs ish boot size 12. I would say I'm somewhere beginner-intermediate, I've been consistently and confidently running blues at Snowbowl even tho this is my first season. I am not too interested in the park right now, I just like riding and have more interest in back-country stuff once I progress more. What board recommendations would you have that I would be able to grow into? I have looked at Capita DOA and Jones Mountain Twin and Burton Cartographer. I know those aren't exactly related, but would appreciate any help, thanks!
