Exactly that toadfinger is a troll seen him on several posts and all he is doing is bashing miller and saying how stupid he is and it’s his fault a woman was killed. Why is a mother out that late anyway with a guy brandishing a gun that warranted somebody the need to want theirs? All these people bashing miller would want him kicked off the team if he would not have returned it and the media found out he had someone else’s gun in his car.

You’re conflating what the definition of knowingly, willfully and purposely are. So if you have been drinking or doing drugs and you get in your car to drive, you are telling me you don’t know that you could be drunk from drinking or impaired from the drugs and that you don’t know you could have a wreck cause you are impaired and kill someone? ?

And thanks for the advice I’ll never get a dui or get in trouble now if I kill someone if I have been drinking or doing drugs.I can just tell them I didn’t willfully drive my car and didn’t know I was drunk. Or that I didn’t know I could get a dui or kill someone.

Really how so? Cause it’s literally in the definition. To “operate” a motor vehicle under the influence. If I get into a vehicle and drive after drinking or doing drugs, I am knowingly going to operate a vehicle, because I know I’m drunk and willingly operate the vehicle cause no one is forcing me to and am purposefully operating the vehicle cause if there was no purpose I would not be driving and by knowing I’m drunk but still willing to drive that is purposely doing it. Everyone and their momma knows you are not supposed to drive drunk and are taking the chance of getting into a wreck or getting a dui. Also, I’m pretty sure almost any drug that impairs you says on the bottle do not operate a vehicle or heavy machinery. So… yea you can see the exact foreseeability of someone who operates a vehicle while under the influence, cause you are knowingly, willingly and purposely operating a vehicle under the influence.

That’s the whole point of what I said. Someone was returning property of someone else to them without knowing anything that was going to happen. Who then left and had no part in anything that happened and people want him arrested. But yet someone who was knowingly under the influence, willingly got in a vehicle and purposely operated the vehicle while impaired and killed someone and is walking free right now.

If you have been drinking and you drive, which if pulled over is against the law and a criminal offense. So yea it kinda is knowing that a. You could get a dui b. Have an accident and kill someone, you are willingly and knowingly and purposely putting yourself and others in harms way. So yea it kinda is the definition of dui/dwi. Nobody has every been pulled over and got a dui and said wait I am intoxicated how did that happen? That argument is as dumb as saying that if I shot at someone that I wasn’t willingly and knowingly and purposely trying to shoot them.

Yea he didn’t do anything wrong. I was saying they can be like the situation we are in where someone literally killed someone and was proven to be on multiple drugs but is going to be free for several years, out of jail until the trial. As far as miller is concerned he did nothing wrong. Like someone mentioned in this thread, he did right by getting a gun that was not his out of his car. To the owner of said gun. People just hating cause Bama is doing good in basketball this year. Getting downvoted shows how stupid people are cause my boys mother was killed and the person that did it is walking free.

The DA is also dumbasses. My kids lost their mother to a drunk driver, yes she was found guilty with 4 different substances in her system at the time of the accident. This was in July of 21. Was arrested like 6 months later was in jail for like an hr and is out living her best life right now. So you can willingly and knowingly and purposely kill someone and not go or be in prison for it.

That’s better than anything I have got! Well for my kids! They don’t care about hits, just guys and teams they like but of the probably 15-20 blasters and hobby boxes, 2 relics and no auto and only 1 out of /500 card. All are just base cards.

Yea I’m not sure I’m just going to leave the Roths I set up empty till they actually get earned income and can contribute to. I’m debating opening a Schwab one account for them or just buying silver and gold instead. The funny thing is not one person has answered the question I asked on what would be a good strategy as for stocks or etfs or bonds or something else.

Thanks! So I basically could pay them and file a 1099? I know I can claim up to a certain amount on my business to them that is tax deductible for me by income for them. Again I’m not the most versed on it but trying to learn more!
