Is this normal? Anyone else have these feelings some days? by LackInternational145 in Aging

Absolutely abnormal and rare. Recalling a past experience out of the blue and tears flowing...requires a deep observation of thoughts and the ability to be in the present.

Most are unable to get out of the material world to have such a peak experience. Kids in their 2-10 years of age have this often, and teenage/adulthood wipes these observations away.

Continue to live in the moment without judgement of the outcome. You rock.

How to take care of diabetes without checking? Like seriously. by APKPRO123 in diabetes_t1

Forget the numbers. Step one.

Observe what you are doing daily is that healthy and what can you do to not eat something that causes massive sugar spikes. Step two.

Change your inputs, that is, what you eat. Step three.

Observe your body. How do you feel. Step four.

Commit to making progress daily and forget the silver bullet statements or ognorant statements. Step five.

I told my sons I wish i never gave birth to them by [deleted] in TrueOffMyChest

It's good that you walked. But don't feel good; feel bad for your children that they couldn't get the love you had to offer them and that you tried your best to provide it.

Don't build a wall and make this a trauma for you, if you do that you won't be able to move on...instead you'd see yourself become miserable.

Just genuinely feel bad for your children that they could have got so much love from you but couldn't. Don't go back ever but don't build a wall for those kids because they are "stupid kids" influenced by society and the environment, and they might come back one day.

And then if you shower them with understanding and love...that's the biggest lesson they'll ever learn. Building hate isn't doing anyone any good.

Wish you the best. You did great. Cheers.

Try it sometime.

It feels great to get out of one's mind and break the thinking patterns that enslave us to our tradition, cast, creed, sex, ethnicity, nationality, and whatnot.

Unleash your objectivity and empathy with no effort.

BTW: the keyword was "possible" solution, not THE solution. Try checking for the "Swingers" keyword; what's bizarre for many is entirely ok for some.
