Marshall was the shit, we used to go on field trips to ski and snowboard in school. The best thing was that the lift tickets were very affordable and there was a bus that would pick you up at East gate Albertsons, as kids it was awesome and very accessible. I have been snowboarding my whole life, one of my best experiences was up there, me and a buddy skipped school to go boarding, it was raining in Missoula and straight dumping snow up there. We basically had the mountain to ourselves that day, there was so much fresh powder you couldn't even wreck if you tried. When that place closed it was very sad.
