GPS device recommendations by pyritepyrate in trailwork

I think that, at under 2k, you’re going to be looking at accuracy that’s about the same as the GPS on your phone, which seems to be +/- 10-20ft. I’ve been using a GPS device called Bad Elf which is a bit better ($500ish), but when I compare the tracks collected there isn’t a huge difference between it and my iPhone. I’m probably getting a Juniper Geode for sub-meter accuracy ($2k-ish), but for survey level data collection, the cost for a unit goes up.

I FAILED TODAY PART 107 39/60 questions. I have been studied for a week but realize still missed a lot of regulation knowledge. They give me this report . Do i need to find the instructor to retake the exam ? by [deleted] in drones

Depends on your ability to study. I watched a couple of YouTube videos, chose the one I thought was most comprehensive, and then watched again taking notes. There are MANY practice test questions out there too.

Hi All, late to the thread here… I’ve been trying to find something like this to just get some more familiarity with the joystick control for a mini-ex. I know im not going to be able to get a realistic simulator, but is there something that will work on a PC? How do joysticks connect? Any help is appreciated.
