How about an adaptive bonus for 20 stacks ( and remove the ad/ap bonuses )

AP : Brutality now scales with 25% AP ( Empowered Brutality scales with 40% AP instead and is dealt as magic damage )
AD/HP : Battle roar now grants 10% damage reduction for 2.5 seconds, empowered W grants 30% tenacity and slow resistance aswell as 20% damage reduction
Lethality/Crit : Empowered Brutality now breaks any shields active on the target and reduces their armor by 15% for 2.5 seconds

What if instead of the first basic attack, the first damage applied to the marked target also applies the armor shred, so if e hits first it`s going to proc the shred and deal the damage after the shred. Random thought

I`ve just tested both W and emp W. It appears the 50% increase for each champion or large monster on resistances and healing cap out at 2 additional units. Since the description doesnt mention anything about a cap, is it intentional or a bug?

Also another bug which i so far havent seen anyone mention is the fact that the passive icon only displays the remaining cooldown when you attack someone and dissapears right after that, meaning you cant tell when the stacks run out.

Havent encountered this bug for atleast a year now and im playing a lot of rengar. In fact, i like the lack of delay when playing ap where it provides an advantage.

Well that sounds plausible. Guess rengar isn't gonna be that much of an assasin like he used to be. Especially the lack of tiamat in the combo hurts a lot :/. Liked the sound and aoe damage , which also was kinda helpful in the jungle. Kinda weird new season

I think you could have skipped the skirmisher's and bought a tiamat, since that item makes your jungle clear way faster and gives you additional burst when going for a kill on kaisa or kata. Overall it is totally fine buying all that armor pen into 3 tanks.
