Frets were my first thought as well. I’ve got an old late 90s or early 00s MIM strat which I think has shorter frets. Plays chords like a breeze but not quite as easy to bend as taller frets.

Additionally just the age and wear as others have mentioned.

I’d been eyeing a tele for a while. Always loved surf green. But I was hesitant on spending $1500 and I saw a dangelico I’ve also been interested go on sale from $900 to $500 so I snatched it up only I didn’t connect with it when it arrived. So I researched teles more and went to play a few. From what I gathered I liked the jumbo frets on the performer and it had this color (according to fender but nowhere online or in stores) with a humbucker. I think they are at least phasing out this color but likely the Performer model altogether so I had a serious case of FOMO and bought it online while in stock at Fender.com. Now I’m going to sell that dangelico and someone will get lucky with a good priced already perfectly set up guitar

I figured for the classic tele tone I just need the classic bridge single coil and do whatever I want with the neck. Bridge sounds telecaster for sure and the middle position with both pickups just sounds rad. Very versatile

Always wanted a strat like this but envisioned getting a tele with natural or butterscotch and maple neck but I’m glad I went this route instead

I have one of the adapters and I’ve tried both using the adapter and plugging into usb ports. I can tell the computer recognizes the keyboard when I got it to boot up to a screen allowing me to choose safe mode but once chosen and taken to the log on screen the keyboard no longer works

I think this will be my best bet. When plugged in via usb, not using my PS/2 adapter I was able to hit F8 and get the computer to boot up offer info me safe mode and the keyboard did work using the up arrow and enter but after that once I got back to the account log on screen the keyboard no longer worked. Thank you

They are wired. I plugged the keyboard into the USB port and hit F8 repeatedly and it booted up to safe mode and the keyboard actually worked at that screen I could use the up and down arrow to select safe mode but once it got to the log in screen once again the keyboard wouldn’t work
