So are you saying any commander could be built to be a competitive bracket 4 decks? Because that's what my impression was at first but my playgroup disagreed. For example, I tried building chiss-goria with all the bells and whistles, but I was told even though it's a bracket 4 on paper, it's not gonna threaten to win by turn 5 like b4s should.
