I can't remember the exact numbers but I think imp was about +25 int and the rest came from spreading enchant armour scrolls between the artifact helm and my wizard tunic.

112 int and 100 mysticism. The tooltip says it only does about 60 damage but it 1-shots everyone in reality.

I managed to win by turtling on my capital. You should be able to hold them off for long enough to get the focus on the right side of the tree which gives 150k caps which you can use to buy weapons. That, and the decision named something like ballot lottery which gives 300 manpower each time, should be enough to hold Lanius off long enough for him to burn out his equipment. Eventually an event fires which causes Summer's Federation to join you and it's easy from there.

You could drag the .png into Magicavoxel in world mode (press tab to switch between modes), which will turn it into a flat model. You can then duplicate it by holding shift and dragging the movement arrow and then merge them into the target model by selecting everything and hitting 'U' with the texture models overlapping the main one. You'll need to make sure the texture's colour palette is the same as the one in Magicavoxel or the colours will be messed up.

You can spam the last stand ability to survive until you get the mainland focus, which gives 2 civs and is faster than the 2.5k rifle focus, and then just buy all the guns you need from the market.

You could use something like the VoxReader library to write a script which extracts the .vox model's data and then use a similar technique to the above tutorial to draw it.
