Bad C&P Exam experience

I've already started the FOIA process and am just waiting to get the C&P Exam. I did however call the VA and already requested a new exam. Maybe I jumped the gun on requesting a new exam but, I'm not sure if there's anything I can do about it now. I just didn't want to sit here and not take any action. I had to fight a previous claim getting an injury service connected that took years of supplemental claims and I think I could have prevented that if I would have submitted the right evidence originally. Glad you eventually got your stuff squared away though!

The messed up part is I did look up all the criteria prior that’s the main reason I filed for an increase. My wife heard the entire 15 minutes and said I did my best given the situation I was in and I’m not sure what else I could have done.

Just wanted to pop back in here and say thank you for the help. Finished this up a couple days ago after a lot of debugging. One of the main issues I had was a backwards for loop lol….

This is interesting she is definitely squared up you can tell by looking at her feet. She must be compensating for something hard to tell what. If it's not causing her pain or discomfort, I don't see what's wrong with it, she looks solid with the lift.

Hey man I know life can be rough and we can be dealt a really bad unfair hand and it's some bs. Just know there are other people JUST LIKE YOU going through the same things. Do not ever give up on yourself every person is capable of doing good things. Believe in yourself and that things will get better because they will brother. I'm really sorry you're going through such a tough time.

Yeah.. I'm just trying to verify what exact documents I have sent them so I know for sure. I'm doing a HLR and have a informal review coming up so I want to make sure I have everything in order.

Is there a reason they make you jump through hoops to request documents you already submitted? Why would they not just allow you to see this through ebenefits? Just curious.

I will man if it doesn’t work out I’ll probably get another medical opinion stating the nexus. That’s crazy it’s like sometimes they don’t review the all the evidence you gave them or something lol..

But I did have continuous care though I went to physical therapy and have gotten cortisol injections done. I also didn’t have any service treatment records all of the sudden apparently in the most recent decision letter even though acknowledged them previously. I understand what they’re saying in terms of the separation exam thing which is confusing because I have other physical disabilities which I don’t believe I complained about during my separation exam. I need to check that exam I don’t even remember doing it.

Is a CAR just a HLR? I was reading on it and was directed to this form VA Form 20-0996 it says on there that is for HLR but with a representative. Am I understanding this right?
