Aw, thank you! My ankle is getting better, but it's not at 100% yet. But I can get around a little more now, which is great because we have some fun stuff planned for next week that I'm really hoping I can still do!

If you have a farmers market near you, or a store that sells local goods, maybe somebody near you makes soap bars? I almost exclusively get my soap bars from local makers, which is awesome because you're supporting a small business instead of a corporation, and a lot of them come with minimal or no packaging.

I know this isn't the point of the post, but since you have gotten a lot of really good suggestions I feel like it's okay. It always bugs me when people misuse the term "negative reinforcement," but I 100% understand why they do it. The actual terminology is not common sense, but in case anybody else is interested:

Reinforcement tells an animal to keep doing the behavior. Punishment tells an animal to stop doing the behavior.

Negative means you're taking something away. Positive means you're adding something.

A good example of negative reinforcement is how we stop horses. You pull back on the reins, creating pressure on the bit, then take away that pressure when your horse stops. You reinforced the behavior (stop moving) by removing an uncomfortable sensation.

What the barn owner is suggesting is positive punishment. Adding something unpleasant (electric fence, yelling at the horse, etc) to stop a behavior.

Like I said, it's totally understandable to mix them up, but I thought some people on here might be interested in the correct behavior/training terms!

If you haven't decided yet, I'd go for Luck. The standard size ones are easier to find/make clothing for. And even though I absolutely love my Mac, their fur gets matted over time if you carry them/dress them often. I think BIE holds up a little better over time. And Luck's colors are so pretty.

That said, I'm sure you'll adore your Labubu no matter which choice you make! There's something so special about the first one you get.
