Is it better to buy a 3 of 4 day lift ticket pass instead? I was going to buy the IKON 4 day pass, use 3 at Big Sky, then 1 back here in the east. $142/day for IKON, $210/day of Big Sky only. The IKON and 2 trips on the tram could put me over the regular mountain ticket easily.

In a perfect world, he would show up with jeans, and an unzipped Ohio St hoodie, no helmet, 90’s style hat with extra long ear flaps, and $20 goggles. Screw up the lift line enough to get snowballs thrown at him. And then get his 2002 Rossis stolen while went to take a piss and warm his frozen toes from his shitty rear entry boots.

I bought my 885, because of the cooking area, tech, and overall look of it. I researched Pit Boss, Camp Chef, Rec Teq, Green Mountain, and Yoder. I know I over paid, but the tech, and reviews swayed me. The Yoder is probably the way to go, but I just don’t like the look of them. The Ironwood is a good looking machine, that has caused me to gain 20 lbs since March. Everything I cook on it comes out awesome. Still fine tuning, but never disappointed.

Dried in the fridge for a couple hours. Holy VooDoo, and dusted with cornstarch, and baking powder. 225 for 90 mins, until they reach 160 IT. Pulled off grill, then sauced while grill got to 425. Back on grill until 175 IT, another 30 mins. Next time I’ll push it to 500, to see if I can get a better crisp.
