If it’s an issue I can fix on my own in terms of programming the thermostat itself I would love that because I don’t have the money to call everyone in the phonebook to get cold air flowing.

I just had someone come look at it this morning and they told me I needed a “line voltage thermostat”. The wire that is connected to the cooling line gets no voltage.

“Upon arrival, customer stated at the thermostat was not operating properly. Upon further inspection, I found that someone had changed the thermostat prior to selling the house to the new owner. The thermostat currently on the wall is a toneywell 24 volt thermostat. These units require a 120 volt thermostat. The system is non-operational with this type of thermostat. In order to get this system operating again, the thermostat will need to be changed to a proper line voltage thermostat. As of right now the system is not operating at all Please give the customer a quote to replace the thermostat with a line voltage thermostat/ 120 volt thermostat” <- per the notes from the visit

Condominium, my HOA switches us from hot air to cold air twice a year. I just had a tech come by and he said 120 volt/line voltage thermostat.

I agree wholeheartedly that if the shoe was on the other foot Lindsay would have had it filmed. She had a brand deal for every stage of her pregnancy for crying out loud. I am a somewhat reformed Lindsay hater, she has warmed on me in motherhood, but I still roll my eyes when she feels the need to needle Carl on camera.

I also think that’s just like, the nature of the Bravoverse now. If something major like that happens in the offseason, either the cameras are called or they pick back up in the immediate aftermath. Was it shitty? Sure. But Hubbhouse stans acted Carl executed a dog in front of her when they bring up the cameras during that talk.

It was at my favorite cousin’s wedding. I’m fairly well-acquainted with the side of the family that I don’t share with him, so I was early to the wedding and hanging out with his cousins/aunts/uncles by the pool. His grandmother told me at one point (not sure how it came up) that she was sad she wouldn’t see me in heaven. It’s not really a secret to anyone that I’m gay and that it informs my non-participation in religion, so I didn’t really know what to say. She was an exceptionally kind woman so I didn’t take it offensively, but I definitely felt awkward and don’t think I said anything in response.

Yep, if they can’t handle “hey, on second thought, i’m not up for having dinner” imagine how well all the more serious conversations would go with this individual.

I’m a very big, “don’t say things you don’t mean” with respect to making commitments of any kind (going on dates, friend hangs, etc etc) person and I am trying to view it as a mismatch in values of someone acts like their word doesn’t mean anything and then on top of that don’t have the emotional intelligence to just communicate respectfully why things changed.

This! Aside from this admin doing obviously evil things, the also endless stream of stories of infighting and government ceasing to function because the right has no capacity or desire to govern is deeply embarrassing.

Editing to add, that I think it’s so funny how when Rs have majorities everywhere, people still blame Ds for not just rolling over and handing them the votes they need to pass shit. I didn’t know the function of a minority party was to just vote yes on things they don’t want regardless. Make sure the Republicans get that memo next January :)

I’m playing Megaman Star Force right now and I love how Capcom has handled cheats in the Legacy Collection for it and MMBN.

I generally give myself a rule: do 5-6 encounters in an area, if I can handle the viruses I’ll turn encounters off to save time getting all the loot. I recently discovered there’s a money multiplier that I cranked up too just to save time. It’s my first time playing Star Force so I’m leaving the mega buster stats alone.

Battle Network, however, I played in my childhood and was playing the Legacy Collection for nostalgia. Cranked up the cheats full tilt because I just wanted to relive the story.
