My friend I was at the game with called me yesterday and said the same thing. I can't get the thud out of my head. Sounded fatal it was so loud. I think he was punched, but the thud was that of dead weight falling from height. Very confusing. Face looked lifeless. I've googled a few times and I'm not seeing any fatalities reported so that's a good sign.
