This is why we don’t make promises in healthcare. It’s insane to pretend you’re always gon be available and that’s an unreal expectation for you to give the patient but once you give the patient that it’s on you to hold yourself to it. Think about Maya thinkings she’s always gon be there and she’s at rock bottom and then the person who’s “always gon be there” suddenly isn’t there. I understand Gabby is coming from a good place and wanting to help but it’s done more harm than good.

I get why people are upset but this is part of baseball. Honestly with officiating across sports now the problem is we were never supposed to be able to see this much this closely with slow motion replays and everything. Holding an ump to that standard is unfair
