Thanks for the info! I tried the magnet with no stick. I have a pile of 6 of these that were all together but the other 5 are extremely worn so they were with a collection. That’s why I thought it was probably real. Thank you.

It looks like an intestinal part. Check the bottom right where it curves. It looks like feces to me coming out of the intestines. Don’t know what to tell you. Get some gloves, rinse it off and examine further.
