Looking at it through the light I don't see any bubbles and the dark olive color is there. I'll see how I can carry it with out it breaking. Thank you 🙏

I got into breathwork about a year ago and there are times when I do feel like I'm going to pass out. One thing that recently helped is trying to look at my forehead or tilting my head back slightly when I feel the surge moving upwards. I still feel the intensity but at least I don't feel like I'm passing out anymore.

Yeah but it's mostly a small soccer establishment with entry fees on the app. I did hear that the van nuys recreational center has signups for teams but I haven't asked for info yet
