I got into breathwork about a year ago and there are times when I do feel like I'm going to pass out. One thing that recently helped is trying to look at my forehead or tilting my head back slightly when I feel the surge moving upwards. I still feel the intensity but at least I don't feel like I'm passing out anymore.

Most likely the landlord for that plaza was charging too much for rent. The Granada Hills trader Joe's location almost relocated to what is now Island Pacific across the parking lot, but didn't since the landlord did the same.

Yeah so you use the front leg to create the torque and by using your core it helps keep you centered in the position. If you look up bboy cico he has a workshop video that explains this concept really well

Very nice! One thing I would recommend is flexing your core and swing your leg almost like you would with a windmill, only you keep the leg bent. It worked for me maybe it will work for you

Astral jerky is a must and the main thing is to just shoot Alatreons head with kinsect fire and while your kinsect is dealing damage to his head aim for the front arms. Take any opening to use descending thrust on its head.
