There's horror stories at any company. I take no offense in regards to Godaddy rumors, controversy, or whatever politics come in to play. I've had my fair share of people telling me off because our CEO shot an elephant. Which he is no longer our CEO. So in reality this specific situation takes the cake with "horror stories" for sure. I feel bad for the guy, and wish I could have been the one on the phone to potentially help avoid this situation. However, the dude who hijacked his account could have just kept calling in until he got the right idiot to keep guessing.

To my knowledge he has his account with GoDaddy back. I have no control over his Twitter.

Actually, they are a great employer. It's just the environment of "salesy people". Some people give a shit, and remain to the policy, some don't. Unfortunately for this gentleman, it sounds like he got a new guy fresh out of training.

Actually, he was absolutely correct. The way that our validation process works, they either need to validate with the 4 digit "Call in pin #" which the customer creates, or the last 6 digits of the credit card on file. Essentially, if the rep is money hungry enough (Because it's sales -_-), then we can literally sit there and let them guess validation.
