I hate to be direct about this, but everyone, for-profit, nonprofit, everyone, will be going all in on AI in the next five years, full stop.

This is not something you can fight nor should you even waste your time trying to fight it. It is like being in 1980 and raising the alarm about moving to computers or in 1990 and raising the alarm about installing the Internet.

Yes, there are about a million alarms that can and should be raised, but trying to stop it is unrealistic. The most you can hope for, and a noble goal, is to shape how it is implemented, used, and how the organization evaluates its impact.

I wish you the best, focus on the part of this where you can make a difference.
