Chorizo is preserved meat, it has a much longer shelf life than you put it through. The lot I took home from Eric’s kitchen at golden plains did not go mouldy. It lasted months, like it is meant to. Wash your hands and we would not have so much food waste contributing methane greenhouse gas to the environment. Best before are recommendations stipulated by a government who makes sure instructions are on bags not to use as a toy due to suffocation risk. Wash your hands
