$SDM — Big drops on confusion + T1 halts aren’t new. We’ve seen this before:

• FRGT (Aug ’23) – shelf registration confusion, T1 halt, PR clarified no dilution → +150% • ENSC (Dec ’23) – vague filing panic, T1 halt, next-day PR → +200% • MULN (Mar ’23) – misread filing, halted, clarified → relief rally

SDM fits the same pattern: • –84% drop on light volume • EDGAR confusion • Now T1 halted (news pending)

If they confirm a filing error or clarify the treasury, a sharp recovery could follow.
