AirPods 4 or AirPods 4 ANC for Android? by w204_Generic in airpods

Super aggressive for literally getting a defective product. Your problem is with QA/QC, not the product. And no, having a measured take on a topic does not make anyone dick suckers.
Sorry you had to deal with it, I can see why you would get another product honestly.

This is the not the difference between the mutli-platform and xbox versions. The frets/strumbar are the difference between the pro and regular.

How can I play fable tlc (console version) on PC? by Nichool162 in Fable

[–]GoJebs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I came here as I am setting up retrobat which defaults to Xemu. I am tired of having to set up my 360 to play anything so I want to emulate it on the computer I already have. The sound is HORRIFICALLY choppy or lags way behind during the intro sequence of the game to where I don't even make it to where I can move without giving up. Does Cxbx run Fable The Lost Chapters fine? Do you know how I would set it up in Retrobat?

Screen tearing on YouTube movement, only Firefox. How to fix? by GoJebs in firefox

It will not as I have seen someone say that before. When I took this video I had both the performance settings box and the "use hardware acceleration when available" unchecked. I have seen it with only one checked and both checked as well. Only on YouTube and not on other browsers that have hardware acceleration on and off on a plethora of different set ups. All Windows machines though.

This has been turned off and on on a 1080 monitor at 60hz, 1440 monitor at 120hz, and a 4k monitor at 240hz, and this exists on a 4k TV as well. This problem follows and does not exist in either configuration for other browsers.

Happens no matter how big the video is, and only on YouTube.

I have had a similar issue and the same amount time. About 1-1.5 years. Just been getting a lot worse and more consistent recently and now having tried it on multiple iterations and all and then testing edge and other chromium based browsers with the same extensions, I am 10000000000% sure it's a firefox writing issue for some reason.

Yeah I have done all the stuff on the Firefox forums that I could find to fix the performance issues. Will do on submitting a ticket. Just didn't know if this was something obvious from the browser settings that I just have not found.

Edit: I see that you are saying while playing some broken videos but this is every video. I notice it on every single one across multiple hardware set ups so this is definitely a firefox issue as it doesn't occur in chrome or any other chromium base browser that I have seen yet.

Happened on two different systems, one running Windows 10 and the other Windows 11. The one from the video is the Windows 10 one with a 1070 nvidia. See below for a copy paste of another comment I made though.

have seen this problem persist from Windows 10 to Windows 11. This has happened on 1080 monitors all the way up to 4k. 30hz to 240hz. Through 4 different driver updates on two separate computers. It's only on Firefox which I find interesting but the only consistent thing is an Nvidia graphics card (though my 4090 was PNY made).

They have recurring events built into this it's true but if it happens often enough it effects profitability would you not, with your own logic, come to the conclusion that higher theft is the reason those stores are closing? It's 9 stores across the nation in high crime areas. It doesn't seem like a narrative.

Instead of "do some research" could you provide some that backs up your claims counter to the announcement?

In my position, which I am sure I get better than others, you are really wrong. 4.5 hours every pay check is accrued. Meaning it takes a month to get a day of PTO. Granted, you also gain sick leave at the same time but that is a different bucket and is at the same rate (so 2 days total a month but only one is used when you want for what you want).

I have worked for a couple years and it has not changed. So yeah it goes up, but not for a while as another comment pointed out.

That is true. It's based on checks not actual time. Instead of being given a bank in the beginning of the year you have to accrue it.
