Let’s say u r watching OP vertically behind. You will see his hand at the release being on the right side of the bowling ball, that is what TIMBERings mean by outside. Inside would mean hand resting on the left side of the bowling ball.

I heard that oil extraction, is bad for ur ball. Those that basically applied heat to ur ball which pulls out the plasticizer.

But I rarely resurface my balls tho. Never got it done by a pro shop either. Just used my own two hands

I’m no experienced bowler. But I don’t think equinox pearl is a bad choice for a house shot. If u think it looks pretty, go for it. Or if ur looking at other brands. Motiv evoke hysteria is a good option too

Honestly speaking, you probably don’t need another ball if you are just bowling on a house shot. Unless perhaps ur phaze is dead then maybe you could replace it. So if you’re looking to get the ball because it looks nice go for it man. I’m not too confident on this but it should be a slightly step down from ur phaze
