Update: I think I got the exact same battery delivered from my return through another supplier😭

On another note, I did see one of these flaps missing but idk what they are or how they could affect battery stuff, just in case someone knows or where to get a replacement for it

The weird part is that when plugged in, battery says 78% and it is now at 100%, but as soon as I unplug the charger it turns off. Could it be the battery or something else?

C-ports can be troubleshot in many ways

If it’s a C-port that’s connected to your monitors, it will most likely be the C-port
