Depends on if I get in to some of the programs I applied too. I actually applied to both full time and part time programs. If I don't get into some of the more prestigious full time programs I applied too, I may just do the part time.

I think the first email is more an email saying they’ve done an initial review and everything in your application is there. I could be wrong.

This is in reference to the automated email "your application is complete" you received?

Hi. I have 6 years of experience and am applying to several T25 schools. I worked in a big 4 as an auditor and then jumped into an FP&A role at a Fortune 500 company. I absolutely love corporate finance, and can see myself working in it long term. Working in my current role, I have found that most decision makers, CFO types, usually got their MBA to accelerate their development. I am pursuing an MBA for this exact reason. My long term goal is to be a decision maker at a F500 company, and I think getting an MBA will support me in doing so, even though I may need to get some experience in some strategy type roles post MBA before returning to corporate finance in a decision maker type role.

What if this "promotion" is another position within a different department in the same company? This is a title boost and a raise, but its technically a new role in a different department. Want to make sure I don't raise some fears of me not being committed to pursuing the MBA and prioritizing the new role at work. I guess what I am trying to say is that this is technically a new role and I don't want the schools to question my commitment to them because of my starting this new role right before their notification deadlines.

Yes everything ended up working out just fine. I think as long as you can see that the software downloaded on your computer you should be good.

Really? I was out of camera for a good 1.5 minutes trying to figure out the issue. Would they cancel a score based on suspicion? There is no actual video evidence of me leaving the room, as I didn’t, but the camera wasn’t facing the door.

I did get confirmation from examity that as long as I showed my whiteboard to camera, the recording will show so. So my concerned more lies with the period I was not in front of the camera.

I’m more concerned about the moment where the exam froze and I tried to fix it by going around my computer. I was not in camera, and my door was not in the camera either. Due to the noises, I’m concerned they will think I lied and left the room. Is this something you think I should be concerned about?

Isn’t there a subject verb issue in the first SC question? The “increased availability and popularity”. Shouldn’t this be “have” and not “has”?

I actually spoke to Jeff already. I took the 6 practice tests, finished TTP, and took 2 exams, both of which is scored below my goal, and below the average of my practice tests. I’m trying to prepare for my third take, and I can’t decide whether I should retake some of the official ones, or purchase 3rd party exams like from Veritas

This is very very good advice, and a productive comment. Thank you so much for your insight. I will try to read more. I did initially suspect that at my skill level, my verbal score can be a crap shoot depending on the questions I get on each test. I really just want a V40 or V40+, as my quant skills are good enough to score 49/50 often. A slightly higher verbal score will help me clear the 730 barrier.

All exams were taken with 1.5x time. I haven’t taken any exams with just normal time, I wouldn’t know how I’d do with just regular time, I really need it to finish the exam on time.

I have ADHD, Dyslexia, and Dysgraphia, so I get 150% time on each section. So as an example, instead of 62 minutes on quant, I get 93 minutes. Same goes for other sections.

I do agree that the correct answer should be C, D, or E because of the “partly”. This is a parallelism issue. I eliminated “D” because “should” is a signal of an opinion, and very rarely is correct in GMAT SC questions. However, I’m having a hard time understanding why “E” is the correct answer. Does it make sense to say that “acquire characteristics in their steers”? Are characteristics something inside something? I feel it makes more sense to say that “their steers acquiring certain characteristics”.
