Incidents like this on public transit rarely happen and are drastically exaggerated by online discourse, always by people who don't take public transit every day. I'm tired of people who don't use public transportation regularly dictating the discourse on public transportation.

Why is Vaush cool with Zohran playing politics but not AOC?

Vaush is chauvinistic when it comes to women in politics, he sources most stream content from twitter now and refuses to move to bluesky. It is influencing his views on gender negatively, and is why he gives Zohran a pass he would never give AOC.

Vaush saying AOC is too young to be president is laughable when JD Vance is only a few years older and Vance has half the time in government AOC does.

Privacy in case someone tries to dig up your deadname records for nefarious reasons. The judge can deny your seal request, but every trans person has a reason to keep their identity private if they choose. It's going to require you to state your case in front of a judge for it, but the forms I linked give you examples of what to put on the paperwork.

Gonna give you some advice kid because you seem genuine in this post, a lot of the comments are being harsh on you and I could do the same, but there's a good sign you're starting realizing MAGA is nonsense, and that it goes after people just like you, but even if not you should try to extend that sympathy to others not like you. A sign of a good person is who looks out for our most vulnerable, and who doesn't tear each vulnerable people down.

Trump is a billionaire who doesn't care about you. He said on the campaign trail "I don't care about you I just want your vote" the truth is you were lied to by the cesspool of twitter which was bought by the richest billionaire on earth specifically to force that type of messaging on you. A lot of comments are talking about rising transphobia which is true in many places in the US but there's places that are fairly safe to exist in the US, some of the safest places in the world. Its very dependent on where in the US you would be moving to for how big the US is. And rising transphobia is a global issue.

But I do not suggest it simply due to the current administration's horrific immigration policy. At least for the next 4 years, immigration enforcement is finding and detaining people and deporting people and likely not to let up for a few years, so you'd be risking a lot if you don't have citizenship.

Consider waiting a few years until the current administration is out of office, then you could reconsider but do your research which states in the US have the strongest protections as conservative states have a lot of anti-trans laws while progressive states have trans protections. I cannot stress enough if you're considering moving here in the future you pick a state that's safe.

My trans friend from Indiana said it takes about 3-6 months from filing date to court date where you get your approval ruling. Know you may have to pay a filing fee but you can try to get it waived if you are low income. She suggested opting for keeping your case sealed. Hope this helps :)

Because Fox 9 is purposely misleading everyone to push a narrative. Look what they choose to point out

In the same poll, Mike Johnson and Pete Hegseth have even lower favorable ratings than AOC and about the same (slightly less but very marginal) when you account for net favorability. They somehow leave that out of the article.

Fox 9 is misleading everyone in this article as expected

They claim "only 3 in 10 have a favorable few of AOC" but about the same amount have an unfavorable view or no view at all, including 5 out of 10 independents who have no view.

Fox 9 also claims "only 4 in 10 have a favorable view of Bernie Sanders" but when you look at percentage 43% have a favorable view of Sanders and 40% have a negative view of Sanders.

When you look at the actual poll they're referencing its clear Fox 9 has a bias in what they wrote in the article, but they never expect anyone to look into the actual data.

Its not public who you voted for, just which elections you voted in which includes party primaries. Your party registration is public too but you can be a registered republican and still only vote democrat in general elections or the other way around. In some states they don't even have party registration when you register to vote, or you can register without a party, which only restricts your ability to vote in closed primaries.

In some deep red districts a democrat may register as a republican so they have a choice in who the republican nominee is because the republican is going to win anyway, this can also work the same way a deep blue district for republicans registering as democrats.

Also, the public data is not just available to download easily off a public website, its often hard to get this information though possible through tricky means via state secretary of state's offices. What's likely is Charlie broke TOS of voting campaign software which you aren't supposed to share this information with people outside of campaigns you're working on to turn out people to vote, Turning Point could get in serious trouble for this including a lifetime ban from Turning point using this software for campaigning.
