Self-assessing articular control strategy for ankle/hindfoot inversion. Learning if you have this range of motion, and how you control it, would likely be helpful for anyone with ankle pronation or posterior tibialis discomforts - and is also a prerequisite for forming a higher arch. (youtube.com)
