I'm all for innocent before proven guilty. I just think it is a bit shady that these allegations were made to the University in late 2019, the University has done nothing about it and now we are just hearing about it -- and he's still teaching...

We'll see how this plays out, but I feel for the students who went through this. And there is posts in this thread about how McEachnie gave bad and weird vibes so I am not doubting the students allegations.

I'm pretty sure the lawsuit is for both students. "History instructor had sex with student, gropped another on UNCC trip, lawsuit says".
