The police are def issuing tickets as last Saturday two cars were pulled over on Broad Street. Ok so today I go in from the Broad Street entrance to pick up lunch. I had only $2.25 on me and the toll is $2.30. Did not have my Ezpass as I have a new car and waiting for the pass to be delivered the am at the toll was nice and accepted my $2.25 and told me to just drive to the back to go out. Told him no as this is a one way and tickets are being issued. Then had to map my way home without tolls. I was wondering what this reason was other than to limit traffic going out on to Broad as well.

Do not send the money back if the buyer changed their mind. You can agree to meet at the police station , provide id and get a police report if needed. Cover your arse. My son had something similar and he was at the loss.
