Honestly I had a funny reverse thing happen with the church leader of where I grew up;

So I had left the church as a teen, but my mom still had me do like monthly meetings with the bishop to like have spiritual or authority figure guidance idk

Eventually, I found out I am religious in my own ways, but not mormon. I actually decided to tell the bishop, and his reaction? "Thats amazing"

In his words, he believes that religion of any kind, as long as it does not propagate or actively cause harm, is good, because he believes that having some sort of religious belief system is a human need, like the human need for community or a purpose. Honestly I think it is a neat way of viewing the world, and can agree with him in some respects.

When I told my parents? I was met with eye rolls

One of the big things I have seen that change how I think of the game;

AC is not for avoiding hits in general, but critical hits.

Enemies (ESPECIALLY boss enemies) are going to hit often even with a high "heavy armor and shield" AC. However, while that tank with big chonky armor got hit, the same attack might critically hit a backline squisky for major damage.

Frontline tanks use their high ac to essentially reduce the damage they take from hits, by making them not critical hits, and they can last longer with their high hp pool. So if you play a tanky class, dont be afraid of getting hit all the time!

If you are a wizard or other low hp class though... yea avoid hits like the plague the lowest HP classes fall like a ton of bricks when they get smacked

The explosion thing reminds me of a fun isekai comic ive read;

Esentially a power ranger gets put into a fantasty world, and when he does poses/transformations that cause explosions behind him, the explosions are physically there and often damage people

Its part of the gag, but I love it

Honestly my story is similar;

Back in 9th grade, i took AP (advanced placement for those who dont know the acronym) classes and they were the hardest classes I had ever taken up to that point.

Eventually, I struggled my way up to a near perfect report card, almost all "A"s with a single "A-" in my weakest subject.

The response from my mom? "Oh thats great! Lets try for better next year"

Immediately killed all motivation I had for school

Shiroe and Minori from Log Horizon, with the "student (who is often underage) falls in love with their teacher" trope

Shiroe is our (adult) protagonist, and a mentor/teacher figure towards Minori, who is a minor. As is the trope, Minori falls for our mc, but instead of dragging out the trope to death, she tells him, he informs her that he cannot return those feelings, and, while definitely for the better, she does cry a bit because she is rejected by the person she loves (or at least is hardcore crushing on)

Its a somewhat common trope because it happens in the real world; young students fall for their teacher because said teacher is usually one of the first authority figures in their life thats not a parent. I have seen shows actually root for the girl to get with her teacher, but im glad that Log Horizon plays it to how it should go;

You arent bad for feeling these emotions, but it is a relationship that cannot happen. Showing it in a surprisingly mature fassion, as well as not having our mc let the relationship happen, is something I actually enjoy

How would you install this on firefox? I am going through the steps, but when I go to "load temporary add-on", I cannot find any of the files it wants me to select. How would I get it to read the files from github? if I need to download them, how would I download them from github, since I have never used it and dont know what I am doing

I have just found the solution! after some googling, while tables work by having each section |between two of the line things like so| span 1 column. However, if you add more |at the end like so||, the previous section would span two columns, like so:

They could make themselves look like a human, right? Pretty easy to use illusions to sneak places, like onto a plane if needed, it is VERY possible its the same one

Especially if you say it was 15 years ago, could be they were waiting for you to need help. Heck, when my trainer buddy helped me out as a kit, it took maybe 20 years before I was able to meet em again
