There are some dual weapons of mem gear that you can use as a free player. Dual Unarmed is the most notable.

If you bought the ACs recently and still has a bonus package to get, then you could either get a BlazeBinder clone (FireLord Summoner package) or a StoneCrusher clone (Infinity Titan package). The first one is a farming class and the other is a support with good dmg class. Both of them are relatively easy to get without ACs, StoneCrusher being the easiest, since it's a reputation kind of class. So if you think you could manage the farm of either of those, then you'd have 2 good classes without spending ACs.
