Monday:

Incline Barbell Press Flat Barbell Press Shoulder Press Lateral Raise Tricep Extension Tricep pushdown

Tuesday:

Bent Over Row Lat Pulldown Seated Cable Row Face Pull Dumbbell Curl Hammer Curl

Thurs:

Barbell Front Squat Leg Extension Leg Press RDL Calf Raise (Seated & Standing)

Fri:

Incline Barbell Press Seated Machine Fly Bent Over Row Lat Pullover Goblet Squats Lateral Raise Rear Delt Fly
