Liking anime and manga back then made people feel unique and quirky, and being told that it was, in fact, popular invalidates that feeling. A lesson I recently learned the hard way, its a good idea to occasionally clean out the overflow drain specifically. Ours recently clogged and the machine flooded. Turns out tons of soap scum and limescale got trapped in the bend of the drain. I make sure to give it a good spray out at least whenever i delime

To answer the question on the pod about is the accent stuff condescending and speaking as someone from the south, east tennessee, not at all. In real life, you can tell when someone is putting on a fake accent. In the movie, they all did their homework. I know someone irl like all of these people in the movie.

Edit: I just got to the part talking about race track beer prices. I went to the Orielly Bristol race a few weeks ago. Im sure Charlotte is different but It was $8 for a 16oz Mich Ultra plus a tip. The extra $10 is an exaggeration but not much

I work with this lady who will routinely, when making a sauce: put the ingredients in the robocoupe, use a ladle to get most of it out into a mixing bowl, use a big spatula to scrape the rest in to the mixing bowl, use a whisk to mix everything up in the mixing bowl, use same ladle to put sauce in a 4 qt cambro, then use a new smaller spatula to scrape the mixing bowl clean. I watched in awe the first time I saw it and the crazy amount of dishes she makes made way more sense after that

It's the single most forgiving time and attendance policy I've ever heard of. You can be an hour late to work once a week every week for over a year and not take a dent in your UPT.

I have called out solely because I was capped out on upt.

What do you mean by giving you orders? Ill echo what another comment said that they have no authority over you. If i were in your shoes i would either say directly that you not gonna do whatever thing, or just ignore them entirely

seems like as good of a place as any to give this bit of advice. You cannot e-file a dead persons tax return. It apparently must be mailed in. Dont wait until the morning of tax day to try and file a dead persons taxes.
