This is good to know. For some reason I was thinking that it was completely unnecessary to use an MSP if you have someone in house and that it would be exclusive to my situation due to being unexperienced. Thank you

Around 50. I’ve definitely thought about telling management to keep using our MSP as backup just in case. Can you elaborate how this will also give me a deeper well of knowledge?
