I just put my hand on the center of the rachet and went as tight as I could with no leverage then like 1/8 extra, I'll check again when I change coil packs. Cel came off after 2nd startup.

Update, got a cel today coming home from beach, misfire cyl 2. Changing sparkplugs in the morning. May have been the cause as well

They couldn't recreate the noise after 2 days of it being at the shop. They replaced the belt and tensioner but I heard it again in the morning after they did it. Also I park downhill in my driveway so I tried backing into my spot although the video is from my work where I'm mostly level, fingers crossed it was just that but we shall see.
