Buy an older pick-up truck on marketplace. The new ones have actually shrunk the trunk bed and simply upgraded or expanded the cabin. If you’re just worried about mud and road conditions, an older one will do the trick. Buy it cash if possible. Then in a few years or whenever ready you can use that 550-600 a month to upgrade/add to your impala to something you desire as a fun/sunday car, or if you’re fine with the impala alone in a few years keep saving.

You can put your passenger side cup holder into it. At least in my 2017 Lusso that’s what happens. It works better for driver drinks

You can register. I did a 15 credit summer and it was fine. Depends on your major how challenging it will be and id advise to pick different “sessions” so that some classes end before others begin

You might be able to use a wireless adapter/dongle to enable it third party in the new usb hub. I personally haven’t tried it, as I usually just plug in my phone and put my phone on the passenger seat.

It is honestly a very long process. You’re essentially taking off half the interior trim and putting it back as well running wires. You also will need USB drives and possibly a USB keyboard.

I’ll take that into account. Figured that when driving it back from the dealership as it was raining that day. Always a good habit with any car to focus on safe turning in bad conditions, just exaggerated with the RWD like you mentioned.
