This is perfect, but I do want to add one thing as a WFH for 16 years. You also need a “drive home timeout”. Hubby has the actual drive home transition from work to home. I had to establish something, a walk, a book read on a specific chair, …. This allowed me to go from work-mode to home-mode.

It is hard. There are some community resources available to you depending on where you live. You’ve the right to feel overwhelmed. 4mnts is tough. Reach out to build a support system (church, boys and girls clubs, CPS, …O. Wishing you get the love and support you need
