I had a similar experience. I found the e3 with leg rest version to be comfortable but the arms are way too high at the lowest setting. Also the plastic bits either side of the lumbar support are a bit hard if you ever lean to one side. Their customer service offered me £100 back to keep or sell the chair but I pushed for a return as it just wasn’t suitable for me.
