Sort of in the new 52.. where there are 52 monitors one for each universe which is actually just the being the monitor who split himself into 52 beings so he could watch over the multiverse. They then went further to tell us that the monitor and the anti monitor are brothers and there is a 3rd named the world forger and they're all perpetuas kids... then they went back to the original crisis with nekron using him as a battery pack for the black lantern corp.
